Shipping
Many items ship from third-party suppliers and may take longer than standard domestic shipping. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on the product page when available. Tracking is provided when the carrier supports it.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Digital products and gift cards
- Intimate or personal care items, once opened
- Custom or personalized items
How to Start a Return
Contact support with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll send return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, please use the return process above.
